MYHEC State Event Schedule

This is the tentative schedule.  The finalized event schedule will be included in the participant packet distributed during registration. 

Friday, August 17 

9:00 am - Event set-up/organizational meeting

4:00 pm - Campground opens

6:00 pm - Event Director Dinner / Meeting – archery building 

Saturday, August 18

7:30 am - Event Registrar’s Orientation - archery building

7:30 am - Volunteer Sign In - archery building

7:30 am - Coaches Meeting - in front of archery building

8:00 am - Participant Registration – in front of archery building

8:45 am - Opening Ceremony – meet at flag pole at sound of bugle

9:30 am - Events Open – report to assigned first event

11:00-2:30 - Concessions available in club house

6:00 pm - Events Close / Hunt applications must be submitted at information booth/office area 

7:30 pm - Games / Campfire (weather permitting) 

Sunday, August 19 

7:15 am - Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast in club house

8:00 am - Volunteers Check In - archery building 

8:00 am - Participants Check In - club house 

8:30 am - Responsibility Exam (MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS) 

11:00 – 1:00 pm - Concessions available in club house

Noon - Events will close unless otherwise instructed.  Tear down and clean up will begin

2:00 pm - Presentation of door prizes, awards ceremony to follow as soon as possible
