Capital Area Sportsmen's League is allowing rustic camping at this years state event. The temporary campground must be compliant with the State of Michigan DEQ and Berry-Eaton District Health Department's 'License to Operate a Temporary Campground in Michigan'. Camp sites will NOT include electrical or water hook-ups.
All campers must submit a registration form and check in with the campsite director before setting up on a site. Each site must have a responsible adult chaperone; no minors shall be left unattended at any time.
Lodging
Hotel /Motel: MYHEC has reserved a block of rooms at Ramada Inn located at 7501 W. Saginaw Hwy, Lansing, MI 48917. Call 517-627-3211 and use the code “HEC3” to receive this discounted rate. Room rate is for 1-4 person occupancy. Taxes, 6 % State and 6 % Local taxes will be added to the quoted price. Group rate includes a full HOT Breakfast Buffet each morning of your stay. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Guests arriving before 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Ramada Inn is located on the corner of Saginaw and Canal; approximately one mile south of CASL.
